To access certain features, you must register for an account.

Our Service offers both free and paid subscription plans.

• Automatic Renewal: Due to our current payment portal policy, we do not offer auto-renewal subscriptions. Users must manually complete payment each month.
• Refunds: Refunds are not available for our monthly plans
• Price Changes: We may change subscription fees with 30 days notice to current subscribers

Markets Bias provides AI-powered trading analysis tools that include:

• Technical analysis using various indicators and patterns
• Market coverage across Forex, Commodities, Indices, and Crypto

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share or sell analyses with other people, on social media, or in groups
• Use automated means to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Overload or attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Markets Bias and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service
• User Content: You retain ownership of any data you input, but grant us a license to process it to provide the Service

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

• By You: You may cancel your subscription at anytime through your account settings
• By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms
• Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Data: We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Markets Bias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
